The pads seemed to be on the more drier side. This concerned because even when applying on the skin, it didn't feel like there is any product. Raised this with customer service and was told to send a photo through. Sent it and they said that judging from the photos, their expert said the product was fine. I had no problem using the pads however, I was expecting to see the more nourished appearance with the one application however 4-6 applications later, my skin still feels the same. Even when I squeeze the pad, I do not see any moisture in it. I am not sure if this is how the pads are designed but if it is, I doubt that I will be using them again.
